How is a billing contract priced?

To your agency: the payers you bill, your census, and how much of the revenue cycle you want off your desk. Tell us those three things and we come back with a quote. There is no rate card because no two New Jersey agencies bill the same mix.

How is a marketing contract priced?

To the counties you serve and the payers you accept, so every campaign is aimed at families you can actually bill. Ask for a quote and we scope it with you.

Which payers do you bill?

All five NJ FamilyCare MLTSS plans, fee-for-service NJ Medicaid through NJMMIS, NJ DDD, VA Community Care, long-term care insurance, and private pay.

Do I have to switch software?

Our billing runs on the CareOneX platform, so yes, and we do the move: clients, caregivers and schedules migrated, EVV connected to New Jersey's state aggregator, staff trained. Most agencies are live within a week.

What does the platform cost?

Nothing up to 20 active clients. From the twenty-first it is $100 a month, flat, with every module, unlimited caregivers and office users, and EVV included. It is not what we sell; it is what our contracts run on.
